1. Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time depends on your location and courier service, typically orders are delivered in 5–10 business days across India. Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or incorrect address information.
2. Return Policy
Due to the nature of our business (raw materials and customized items), returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defect or wrong product delivery. To request a return, contact info@primefootraw.com within 3 days of delivery with order details and product images. Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and sent back within 7 days of approval.
3. Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. Approved refunds are processed and credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable. Refunds are not issued for color or texture variations, as these may differ slightly from images shown online.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if not yet dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us immediately. We will initiate a replacement or refund after verifying the issue with our logistics partners.
- Replacement Orders: Once approved, your replacement will be delivered within 5 to 8 business days.
- Refunds: The item will be verified by our team, and upon approval, the refund will be credited within 7 to 10 business days to your account.
